What is the Ontario College of Teachers?
The Ontario College of Teachers is responsible for regulating the teaching profession in Ontario. The College establishes the requirements for a teaching certificate, sets the standards for teacher training programs, maintains a register of qualified teachers (accessible on their website), and investigates complaints against teachers.
